License agreement (Shop-Script FREE)

This license agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is an agreement between you and Articus (hereinafter Author). The Agreement applies to all versions and modifications of Shop-Script FREE software.

1. Shop-Script FREE software (hereinafter Software) is a set of source code files (PHP scripts and associated materials like SQL scripts, reference manual and the text of this Agreement) designed to implement an online shopping cart system and reproduced either in files or on paper including soft and/or hard copies.

This license agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is an agreement between you and Articus (hereinafter Author). The Agreement applies to all versions and modifications of Shop-Script FREE software.

1. Shop-Script FREE software (hereinafter Software) is a set of source code files (PHP scripts and associated materials like SQL scripts, reference manual and the text of this Agreement) designed to implement an online shopping cart system and reproduced either in files or on paper including soft and/or hard copies.

2. By using the Software you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and that you agree to the content of the Agreement and its terms, and agree to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement.

3. The Agreement comes into legal force at the moment when you download this Software or receive it through email or on data medium at the Author’s discretion.

4. The Author is a copyright holder of the Software. The Software or a portion of it is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law of the State of Virginia. Any activity that infringes terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law.

5. The Software is sold "AS IS" without warranties as to performance, merchantability, data integrity, and warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Author is not liable for any damage or possible damage caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.

6. Any distribution of the Software without preliminary Author’s consent, including noncommercial distribution is regarded as violation of this Agreement and entails liability, according to the current law.

7. You have the right to make any changes into the initial code of the Software at your discretion. On condition that further on the Software is used in compliance to this Agreement and on condition of copyright reservation. The Author is not liable for performance of this Software if you make any changes.

8. The Author is not liable to you for prosecution arising from use of the Software against law (including, but not limited, selling prohibited products or products acquired as a result of criminal activity exasperating interracial or international antagonism through the online shop; and etc.).

9. The Agreement may be terminated in case you delete all received files, documents and their copies. Termination of this Agreement does not bind the Author over to return you the funds spent for purchase of the Software.

Shop-Script

I'd like Shop-Script Its an excellent program, easy to install, and easy to work to. Ive not lanced it yet, but I will use it for sure for presentation of my offers to potential buyers.

easy to use

This package is very usefull. I found it easy to install and also works very intuitive. I've installed the free version but I am considering to buy it for full-options use.

Great Script and it`s free too

I was looking for shop cart script for my own. And got it here, Right now trying to install on my remote host. but anyhow it's great stuff to make available of such thing towards free of cost.

I like the fact that shop-script is so easy to install. Sad that it isn't totally opensource.
I use it for as an ecommerce system for a shop in decorative objects.

My sql prob.

Hi I have problems with installing that and in install.php when I inserted my database name and database user & pass then it says "we can't connect to database"

The Admin panel

Hello, I would like to say that I really liked the Shop-Script FREE shopping cart, especially the administrator's back-end. I found the back-end of the store very easy to use and modify and I managed to change almost everything to suit my project requirements as I am currently a third year computer science student.
